All financial transactions on the free88 Platform are conducted in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱) unless otherwise specified. free88 supports a range of Philippine payment methods including GCash, PayMaya, BDO, BPI, Metrobank, Visa, Mastercard, InstaPay, and PESONet.
Deposits: Deposits are credited to your free88 wallet upon confirmation from the relevant payment provider. Minimum and maximum deposit amounts may apply and are displayed at the time of transaction. free88 does not charge fees on deposits, though your payment provider may apply their own charges.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. This licence does not permit you to: copy, reproduce, distribute, or publicly display any Platform content; create derivative works based on Platform content; or use any free88 trademarks or branding without prior written authorisation.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, free88 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform, including but not limited to loss of winnings, loss of data, loss of goodwill, or service interruptions.

In no event shall free88's total aggregate liability to you exceed the total amount deposited by you into your free88 account in the thirty (30) days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Where termination is not for cause, any verified balance remaining in your account will be returned to you via your registered payment method within a reasonable timeframe.
You may close your account at any time by contacting free88 customer support. Closure requests will be processed within five (5) business days, subject to the completion of any pending transactions and verification requirements.
These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
In the event of any dispute between you and free88, both parties agree to first attempt to resolve the matter amicably through good-faith negotiation. If a resolution cannot be reached within thirty (30) days of written notice of the dispute, the matter shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines.
free88's records and system logs shall constitute prima facie evidence of all transactions and activities conducted on the Platform and shall be admissible in any dispute resolution proceedings.
